Our Geo Winter Card merges a photographic image in a geometric design, using whatever medium you want to use. Think about merging nature with a geometric style and how you can use your choice of medium to showcase that idea. We provide some starting points below, but the rest of this project, like the image you choose, is up to you, so be creative!
Materials:
● Sketchbook
● Pencil and eraser
● A photo of nature
● White paper or cardstock
● Any medium you choose to use (ink, paint, markers, colored pencils etc.)

Directions:
1 - On the sketch paper, draw geometric shapes inspired by the nature photograph you select.
2 - On the white paper or card stock from the nature photo you chose, draw what you see in a geometric form. Example: a tree would be made of triangles, a cloud an oval etc.
3 - Think of the medium and colors you want to use to capture the emotions you feel when viewing your photo.
4 - Consider sharing the Geo Winter card that you create with a loved one or friend. We suggest framing your artwork.
